Grungle Downs Tropical Bed and Breakfast


Indulge your imagination in one of our 4 guest rooms, each one with it’s own special outlook. 3 have French doors opening out onto verandas and one has it’s own ensuite.
We can even provide a 2 bedroom suite with it’s own lounge and study area. The Lodge has wireless connection and access to the Internet. All rooms are air-conditioned and fan cooled.

A spacious guest lounge, library and kitchenette add to the charm of this location where guests can help themselves to tea, coffee and homemade muffins throughout the day.
For your convenience we have a large guest fridge, microwave, rice cooker, electric wok and BBQ. Laundry facilities are also available.

B&B Rates:
Ensuite $150.00 to $165.00
Queen room with shared facility $140.00 to $150.00 per night.
Rates are dependent on seasonal demand and can be negotiable.

All cancellations will attract a 30% cancellation fee. If less than 7 days notice is given, 50% of the total reserved accommodation will be charged. No cancellations are accepted upon the day or after check in.
Guests will be charged for the total of the the reserved stay under all circumstances unless sufficient notice as outlined above is given. All cancellations will be treated as individual cases, depending on the prevailing circumstances. We will try to help you as much as possible.

We do advise that you take out travel insurance so if anything unexpected does arise you are covered re airfares, hire cars and accommodation cancellations.
